Helping banking customers boost financial literacy.

To boost financial literacy, improve banking outcomes and to help clients get the most from their banking partnership our team was hired to create an engaging quiz for users across devices. The results of this quiz were then used to populate insights and smart communications from the financial institution to the clients around areas of most importance to their needs and their financial maturity level.
The team conducted user interviews and leveraged insights gained over years by the financial institution to inform the designs and the quiz questions.
To design the quiz, our team strategized around the models and questions needed to be answered. From there, we built low fidelity prototypes, and once validated through user testing, high fidelity mockups were built and developed.
